Catalunya, in the N.E. of Spain, is a thrilling, beautiful and under-visited part of the natural world and our aim, quite simply, is to have people, when they leave, already thinking about coming back.

We have our own accommodation and, as far as I'm concerned, it's your holiday so...

  • You can come any time of the year - with your own exclusive group, tagging along with another party or on your own if you want to.
  • You can bring non-birding friends and family (at much reduced rates) and let them enjoy all the region has to offer - the pool, beaches and Barcelona to name a few - whilst you concentrate on the important stuff.
  • You'll stay in one place all week, a villa in the Penedés wine region and Garraf National Park near BARCELONA with its own swimming pool and games room.
  • You can even dictate the itineraries if you want to. Of course, the best Catalunya has to offer is already scheduled but, if you have a particular favourite or want to send a species wish list, just pass it on and we'll do our best to oblige.
  • You dictate the pace!

And all this at what are almost certainly the cheapest prices in Europe.

Everything is planned, everything is flexible - so ask!

...Ebro Delta...Garraf Massif...Steppes of Lleida...Aigüamolls de L'Empordá...Cap de Creus...Barcelona...Llobregat Delta...the Pyrenees...

"Catalunya's terrific range of habitats, along with its geographical position, give it a greater variety of wildlife than anywhere on the peninsular (including Andalucía), with 95% of Iberia's and 50% of the whole Palearctic region's recorded bird species. Not bad for an area one quarter the size of England."

Also available to Guide in: Catalonia, Spain .
