Accomplished in Environmental Education at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, Pennsylvania, USA (1999) and since 1998, Vasil has guided foreign individual birders as well as international birdwatching tours throughout Armenia. His trips are particularly aimed on Transcaucasian specialities such as Caucasian Grouse, Caspian Snowcock, Semi-collared Flycatcher, Mongolian Finch and many others.
