After spending most of his life living in south-east England Chris moved Yorkshire in 2007. He created North Kent Birding in 1998 and has specialised in operating tailor-made layover and short break birding trips anywhere in the United Kingdom. He offers birding tours tailored to suit the client's requirements and can focus on finding a number of specific target species, sampling a range of habitats or undertaking a thorough exploration of a specific site. Chris is currently a member of the British Birds Rarities Committee and has recently been involved in the creation of the Armenia Birding (http://www.armeniabirding.info) website. Overseas, Chris has watched birds in over 35 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
